♦ Plants
All plants will be securely packed and shipped in a strong box. They are sent bare root (without soil) to prevent damage during transport. We will make every effort to ensure that your plants will arrive in good condition.
♦ Provided documents
The following are necessary documents with the shipment:
- CITES and Phytosanitary Certificate
(issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
- The cost for the CITES export permit is 15 €.
It is necessary for all species of Cactus and some Succulent species.
We will detail these costs in the Letter of Confirmation.
- The cost for the Phytosanitary Certificate is 15 €.
It is necessary for all plants.

– Please enquire by E-mail or letter if the number of plants you are interested in is available.
– Please state your mailing address for shipment.
– We will confirm your order.
– After we have received your finalized order we will send an invoice upon which you make the payment.
– Having received your payment we will ship your order by Express Registered Airmail within 2 weeks
(this time is needed to aquire the CITES and Phytosanitary Certificate).
Please add the following percentage of the product value as shipping costs:
- 20% for shipment in Asia
- 30% for shipment to America and Europe
